AI Social Media Automation System Build & Maintenance

I’m seeking an expert to design and maintain an AI-driven system for iCrestiQ GovCon Lab that automates social media planning, production, and publishing with minimal manual intervention. The process includes two Slack-based approval checkpoints to ensure quality and align with our brand voice.

Key Deliverables:
- Set up a system to generate media calendars and AI content (scripts, captions, videos, etc.) aligned with three brand characters.
- Automate Slack workflows for topic/content approvals.
- Implement auto-publishing across platforms (with attribution tracking via HubSpot).
- Build a bidirectional DM bridge in Slack connected to social accounts.
- Ensure end-to-end testing before going live.

Requirements:
- Expertise in Make.com or similar platforms to create scalable workflows.
- Ability to integrate Slack for full process management & communication.
- Mastery in configuring HubSpot UTM-tag tracking for leads/conversions.
- Proven experience in automation stack creation, troubleshooting, and API adaptation.

Timeline:
Discovery by Week 2 → Build phases completed by Week 7 → Launch end of Month 2 → Ongoing maintenance after launch.
