Smarty PHP Framework Developer Needed For Chatroom Script

Hi! I currently have a social networking website using the Sngine script and I'm looking for someone to add a chatroom for my users. (You can check out Sngine by going here: https://www.sngine.com.)
Must have:
-A chatroom script to be integrated into the website where users can join seamlessly.
-Allow the admin to create and delete unlimited chatrooms.
-Have the ability for any user on the website to join the chat.
-Allow users the ability to invite users to the chat by use of the @ symbol.
-Mobile friendly.
-Must be advanced in building php and ajax scripts.
