Small 1 Page HTML/CSS + Basic Server Setup

I'm in need of a freelancer to create a one-page HTML website for me and help with basic server setup. You'll also need to assist me with the integration of my domain or subdomain to the hosted HTML page.
The project will require the following skills and experience:
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS
- Experience with basic server setup (azure, or AWS)
- Knowledge of domain/subdomain integration
- Strong communication skills to guide me through the integration process
