Small Interactive website

Hi,
We need a very small interactive website. Below is how it will work. It will be used in one of our seminars for visitors. It will be put on a touch screen for users to interact. It should be connected to any local database, SQL or MySQL, anything. it should run in chrome on full screen. it will be hosted on windows. We can also host it on server and open it by URL from chrome over internet.
The opening page, welcome with logo, then images to select the age group (kids, young, adults)
3-page quiz for any selected age group.
What we plan to do is make 100 questions for each age group and keep in the database with 2 multiple choice questions each with correct answer (graphic image - link to be stored in the database) as per the age group.
So, after the age group is selected, the first question is displayed with 2 choice answers (images), the visitor will click the correct image, if the answer is correct, goto next page, similarly visitor will select the correct answer, then again next page. Out of the 3 questions, 2 should be correct, if 2 or more is correct then display final page - you got 2/3 or 1/3 or 3/3 correct answers. If 2/3 or 3/3 then "you won", then we will give some gift to them. if 1/3, then "you lost". the win or lose should be same graphical image smiley, if 1/3 then sad face, 2/3 then normal face, if 3/3 then smiley page. All images shown will be GIF (animated).
It is very small concept. I am willing to pay 50$ for this project. Please if you are willing to do it in 50$ total then only bid on it, otherwise please refrain. In my last projects, freelancers just bid and then they specify huge amount to do it. I am already specifing the total value of the project, will not pay anything more. Thanks for the understanding.
