Simple web frontend for blockchain lottery

I need a simple web frontend in any technology: pure html/css/js, angular, vuejs or whatever for the blockchain lottery. The smart contrct is already implemented, so I need just the frontend webapp. The functionality is simple. There are 2 things that query the smart contract: 1) Retrieve history, 2) buy lottery tickets, and that's it.
