Simple"responsive sizing" landing page template with form

Create the html for a simple landing page template that will resize with the viewers browser size from full size down to mobile size. Includes a form section (you just create the form design, coding for form will be connected by others)

A fairly basic and simple task, may evolve into other work at some time.

Template html will be set up with noted sections to add logo, change image, add to text section,
