Simple Product Website with Zoho Integration

I need a straightforward website showcasing 1-5 physical goods. As a vendor, I don't have inventory, but I need to facilitate customer orders. The site should feature an electronic order form that captures contact information and the amount of product they want to order. That will then populate a PDF that I have to email to the distributor. It will automatically email to the distributor and a record will be made in the CRM.
Key Requirements:
