Shopify theme change and add ons

Shopify Theme Change and Add-Ons
I am looking for a Shopify developer to help me change my current theme from Minimal to a new theme that I have already chosen. I also need some additional features and add-ons added to my store.
Add ons:
Add ons: -
1) Refund / exchange page:
A page to request a refund or exchange, it will contain photo upload / selecting what model/size they want to exchange it to. If refund, then drop down to select the reason>submit.
2) gift wrapping + message:
A check box with text box to show after checking the gift box. They can type the message they want written. They will also write their information + receiver information. They have the option to keep the sender’s details private of they check the box.
3)wish list
If there is something out of stock in the model/size they want. They can add to wishlist and will be notified when it’s back in stock.
3) appointment page:
Appointment page will contain text + photos + calendar to select the date + payment at the end + email notification
4- categories edit:
will add more categories to the website (around 2 to 4 more)
5- filters: colors and size filters
Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Shopify theme customization
- Knowledge of Shopify Liquid programming language
- Familiarity with product filters and their implementation in Shopify
- Ability to integrate a currency converter and custom banners into a Shopify store
Project Requirements:
- Change current Shopify theme from Minimal to a new theme chosen by me
- Add product filters to the store
- Integrate a currency converter and custom banners

Timeline and Budget:
- The project should take no longer than 2 days to complete
- My budget is $500-$1000
