Shopify shopping cart modification and performance tuning

we are a French touch eco-lingerie, we are using Shopify as our D2C e-commerce website, here's the URL: www.scandale.com
Currently, we experienced an issue with the shopping cart page, once we update the page in shopping cart, it will take 3-10 seconds to reload it, which is unacceptable. we would like to make it in real-time (below 100 ms).
second, to provide a better UX to our consumers, we would like to re-allocate the checkout button in shopping cart.
here's the tasks:
1. improve the current shopping cart update speed (below 100 ms)
2. Change shopping cart layout (I will provide detail and reference link later on)
