I am looking for a freelancer who can create a custom order form for my Shopify store. The ideal candidate should have experience in Shopify development and customization. Candidate must speak English and communicate well
We are looking to have a form the will gather and sort customer information to allow them to fill out a custom work order form that will populate their shipping cart based on the choices they have made and measurements they provide.
We have mock ups to show lay out and questions to ask with logic to automate work flow.
Form Type: Order Form
Form Fields: I have a list of specific fields that I want to include in the form. The freelancer should be able to integrate these fields seamlessly into the form.
Design Customization: I require advanced design customization for the form. The freelancer should have experience in creating visually appealing forms that are consistent with my store's branding.
Skills Required:
- Shopify development and customization
- HTML/CSS
- Advanced design skills
