Shopify Theme Layout Modifications

I'm looking for a talented web developer to help me modify my Shopify Testament theme. The changes needed primarily pertain to some minor layout and structure changes, which will require new homepage sectiions..
Key requirements include:
- Creating category pages based on collections that I can update as needed.
- Adding new sections on the homepage that link to these category pages.
-Insert a new logo i(our design) into our header
-we want to modify our slideshow banners at the top of our home page. New banners we've created that have description and shop now links
We would like some help and advise about using metafields.
we would like to have a continuing relationship with a shopify expert for help as the needs arise.
