Shopify Store Setup for Physical Products

Hello,
I’m looking for an experienced Shopify developer to help me build a modern, fast and conversion-friendly online store for my business ''work gloves'' – a Latvian company specializing in wholesale and retail of work gloves.
We are based in Latvia (EU), and our customers will be both individuals and B2B companies.
Therefore, this project requires some localization knowledge and e-commerce experience beyond the default Shopify setup.
Required Tasks:
Setup Shopify store (theme, navigation, responsive design)
Add up to 5 example products (with variants like size: S–3XL)
Enable volume-based discounts (e.g. 5+ units = 10% off)
Setup pre-order option with 5% discount for delayed stock (manual or app-based)
Integrate Omniva shipping (Latvian parcel machine network)
Add shipping zones for Latvia & Baltics
Setup invoicing solution compatible with EU/Latvia:
Show company details
Support VAT invoices (EU standard)
Generate packing slips (PDF)
Setup payment gateways: PayPal + placeholder for MakeCommerce or Paysera
Basic SEO optimization for product URLs, collections
Setup order confirmation and invoice email templates
Support Latvian language translations (we can provide text if needed)
Optional (bonus):
Experience with Latvian/EU clients
Knowledge of B2B logic (manual invoicing, quote requests, client accounts)
Experience with Order Printer Pro or Sufio for advanced invoicing
Deliverables:
Fully functional Shopify store with configured products, design, payment & shipping
Ability for me to continue adding products and managing orders
Clear documentation if any apps are used
