Shopify Mobile-First E-Commerce Build

I want to rebuild my current online store on Shopify, using a reference site I will share as the creative guide. The top priority is a mobile-first experience with truly intuitive, user-friendly navigation. Beyond that, the store should support a robust product catalogue and, if practical within the same sprint, an easy search function.
Scope of work
• Re-create the overall look and feel of the reference site within a Shopify theme, applying responsive best practices from the outset.
• Migrate all existing products, customers, and order history into Shopify.
• Configure payments, shipping zones, and tax rules so checkout runs smoothly from day one.
• Optimise speed, accessibility, and on-page SEO throughout the build.
• Provide a concise quick-start guide (screenshots or short Loom video) so my team can manage products and orders independently.
