Web Developer Wanted – Site Migration to Shopify
We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented web developer to help us migrate our current website to Shopify, with a fresh, updated look based on our design direction.
What we need:
A copy of our existing website content (pages, images, text) built into a new Shopify site.
A refreshed design that keeps the spirit of our current site but looks cleaner, more modern, and Shopify-optimized with user friendly galleries.
Someone who can work efficiently and collaboratively with our team to bring our vision to life.
Ideal experience:
Strong Shopify development skills (including theme customization)
Experience in migrating content from other platforms or static sites
Marketing integrations - Mailchimp
An enquiry form that captures customer information and sends them to a Google spreadsheet along with an email to us with their details entered.
A good design eye and attention to detail
Familiarity with responsive, mobile-friendly design
The site needs to be user friendly in the back end so I can continue to update imagery and text along with blogs and SEO myself. I have experience in this already.

Moodboards / examples of the refreshed style we’re aiming for
Clear direction, prompt feedback, and open communication
We’re excited to work with someone who loves clean, smart design and knows how to make Shopify sites shine.
I already have a specific design/theme in mind for the site, so your job will primarily involve implementing this design on Shopify, along with the necessary features and integrations.
The ideal candidate for this project should have:
- Extensive experience with Shopify, particularly in setting up sites for selling digital products
- Strong understanding and experience with implementing marketing integrations on Shopify
- Ability to replicate a specific design/theme on Shopify
- Good communication skills for understanding my requirements and providing updates on progress
