Setup Stackposts Social Media Platform

I'm looking for someone who has worked with the social network platform stackposts.com to setup the social integrations, test, and refresh the home page design (I will provide HTML). This is effectively a full day's work; setup and testing should take 2-3 hours, and updating the home page should take 4-5 hours. The site is live, updated and working, this is connecting the socials, testing and home page update only.
