Setup Facebook Pixel and connect website

I am half way through setting up Facebook, another freelancer has not completed it and I cant get hold of them. Can someone please help me. This job is nearly done, just a few simple things to go, like finishing setting up the app Pixel your site. ie: like Add Facebook Pixel and Convert API token ? But I don't know anything about it I just want the Facebook pixel to work and hand it over so he can do facebook advertising etc, I think.

Somehow I have two accounts ? ITs all a mess. Just need someone who knows there way around and can fix it all. Please. See attached files to see what I have. not sure what to do
