Set up an amazon mechanical turk task

I need the set up on an Amazon Mechanical Turk task. A number of around 200 poems should be rated on a scale from 1 to 10 by different workers. There will be 4-5 different criteria per poem, so there need to be 4-5 scales from 1 to 10.
