Senior Front End Developer with Strong Laravel experience

SENIOR FRONT-END DEVELOPER NEEDED FOR URGENT WORK
We have been developing a very large Laravel custom site for past 2.5 years, our lead developer is under extreme pressure to finish the site to prepare for launch and we are
looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy developer to join our small team.
We are rolling out into the AU market in the coming weeks and desperately need assistance to work through some front-end tasks. We would ideally love our new team member to have some back-end experience, but it is not mandatory and if you are willing to learn, our lead developer is a master of Laravel and will teach you along the way.
We don’t want someone who is overloaded with work and cannot commit to us for the next 2 -3weeks minimum. We are looking for someone grounded and loyal to their word.
If we find the right person, the position can become a full time, long term, secure career with our company, as we have a global vision for our business, and you can enjoy the rewards of your dedication for many years to come.
You must have strong skills in HTML, PHP, CSS, JAVA SCRIPT, have years of experience with previous Laravel projects. We want a CAN-DO attitude, if you struggle with a task, our lead developer is right there beside you and so is our CEO, we are a tight team and have a great passion to see our business succeed.
You must be available to have meetings regularly and be a good communicator. Also, as there is a lot of urgency right now, if we require you to work extra hours to help us launch the site, we need that flexibility. We expect hours at present to be between 30-40 up to launch, then we will scale back a little until we build some momentum and then increase again and that is when we can discuss a full-time retainer. Our probationary period is 90 days.
This project is not small, it is very large, so if your experience has been building WordPress sites or small custom sites, this work will not suit you. As part of our interview process, we will require some previous websites in Laravel that you have been involved in, if you have back-end experience, we will require sample code in GitHub.
Successful candidates will be assigned a trial task so we can assess your skill level. Once we are through the interview process, we require an immediate start.
