Sendle API, Shopify Payments Adjustments, Tempalte Customisation and Analytics

We are looking for quotes on the following for works on a Shopify website. makakitchen.com.au
The following is what we need done to the website.
- We need to integrate with the Sendle API and our Shopify website to automate freight calculation on checkout based on weight of the collective items. We have a specific need to have parameters to discount as follows (we need this to be editable without code). If a customer spends less then $50, then we have no discount on the calculated freight... if they spend >$50, it applies a 20% discount on the freight. If they spend >$100, it provides 50% discount of the freight. We have accounts setup but need guidance on what needs to happen.
- We need to customise the template to allow a customer to filter a search by "Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Halal (there may be 1 or two others) on the main page and in subsequent searches. We need to adjust the shopify product section to have these tags as we add products to make the filters work.
- We need to integrate credit card payments and enable this in our shopify website.
- We need to adjust the design of the footer, and also adjust visuals on the mobile version to make it more usable.
- We need to enable Google Analytics on the website and guide us through setup and login.
Access will be provided to the servers and various accounts required. We are tech capable, but need some speed with this.
