Sendgrid Signup Forms + Automation of Emails

Create a series of emails triggered by a custom signup form to send the email and SMS from SendGrid:

Email 1. Welcome to
Email 2. Nearly there
Email 3. You're live
Email 4. Rate Us

These emails need to have todays date active and the ability to add +14 days for example:

Thanks for signing up
Step 1 - (INSERT TODAYS DATE HERE)
Step 2 - Your Live Date (Insert Todays Date + 14 days)

Due to being sign up emails and not campaigns unsubscribe needs to be removed from email, journey needs to be automated
