Example: As an account manager I receive a lot of updates for a list of customers from my clients. I want to break the customers down into categories so I can send updates to their customers as I receive them. Emails sent will include attachments. I want to be able to send them a taplated email that will personalize to client using their names or have a genaric greeting. I will also need to be able to select multiply categories to customize my send groups. Will need designed and setup.
Open to better options as long as its customizable. Furture work would need to integrate into a custome CRM and record task as complete.
