Seeking Web Designer Proficient in Microsoft Power Pages for Microsite

We have a microsite request, an annual report, that must be built using Microsoft Power Pages. Need a designer that with experience on that platform AND the ability to make numbers/data sing visually. Please provide examples of projects built using Power Pages. Other project must-haves.
