Secure E-health care system

I need a person who can build a webpage for E-Health with all the functionality of online health care and use my own pseudo-code for the login and registration page. also, I need a change password page with my mobile number and email. also, the password will be stored in a database (in hash value). This Included three profiles doctor-patient and admin. Mostly focused on login, registration, and change password page. so The person must have knowledge about cryptography. I need the database table too.
