I need a professional to build me a secure web form that will serve two primary functions: capturing and validating enquiry information, and posting this information to a MySQL database table. Additionally, the form must be secure from potential security attacks.
Key Features & Requirements:
- The form will capture the following fields:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Company
- Role
- Enquiry
- Validation rules to be applied to the form:
- All fields are required
- Email format validation
- Phone number format validation
Security Requirements:
- The form must be secured from common web vulnerabilities and attacks, such as SQL injection, hacker scripts, etc
- Input sanitization should be implemented to prevent harmful data input
- Implementing additional security features beyond the above is welcome and encouraged
Additional Form:
- An additional form is required for securely querying the data posted to the database. This form must be designed with the same level of security in mind.
When enquiry is posted from the form an email alert should be sent to a specific address notifying that an enquiry has been received
