Scroll-Triggered 3D Background Integration with Text Overlay on Landing Page (Using Provided 3D File)

I'm looking for a freelancer who can optimize my existing 3D Studio Max animated file for a scroll-triggered parallax effect on a single product landing page. You will also be responsible for delivering the final output as a fully functional HTML webpage based on a PSD file that we will supply.
I will provide the 3D Studio Max source file with existing animation, which should be adapted to display prominently within the parallax scroll effect. The focus should be on making the main product visually engaging while ensuring it interacts seamlessly with text overlays and other web elements. Final deliverables, including all files and assets, should be provided in a compressed .zip folder.
