Schedule Component

I am developing a web platform for team management and scheduling events or shifts. One of the key functionalities of the platform is a calendar component that allows to visualize the schedules and assignments of team members in a clear and efficient way.
The component I need is a schedule view (schedule view) similar to a calendar, where on the left side are shown team members and on top a timeline with the hours of the day. Each member will have assigned events or shifts that will be displayed as color blocks within the timeline. These events should be able to be viewed dynamically, with the possibility of dragging and adjusting the size of event blocks.
The goal is to develop this component in React without relying on external libraries, with a clear and scalable structure. I’m looking for a developer with experience in React who can build this custom component from scratch and deliver it with clear documentation for integration.
