I am looking for an experienced developer to create a custom web application on my behalf. I require it to be built using WordPress, however, I am open to using alternatives such as Ruby on Rails or PHP if this is more suitable. Furthermore, I require the application to be highly customized, therefore excellent skills and insight are essential in order to deliver the desired results. Finally, to keep costs under control and maximize efficiency, I will be hosting the application on a shared hosting environment.
