SHOPIFY - Fix two links in cart page, fix Slider on Homepage and Mobile which stopped showing . -- 2

Hello we have a shopify website, pondmegastore.com

Task 1.
The slider built into our theme just stopped showing on the homepage and mobile.
Can that please be fixed.

Can we make the missing banner one size / aspect ratio so that two banners do not need to be made for mobile view and desktop view each time we change a banner?

Task 2: On the CART Page the last freelancer never added the links to two buttons that we asked them to add nor do I see he added that to the cart in the theme so I can change the buttons if need be. Can we also correct this, make sure the buttons are editable in the theme and add the links please to the
"Full Terms of Service" and "Live Plant Guarantee" buttons just above the continue to checkout please.
