SHELF MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
A web application to manage the units (shelves) at the hypermarket to give the ability to control the renting process.
As an admin, we will create a floor plan as per the hypermarket dimension or import it from the AutoCAD file (use the easier way)
Then as Editor, we can create the unit with customized dimensions (usually 120x40 cm) and we have the ability to add or remove units as long as needed.
As the viewer can see the floor plan with full details when required but can not modify the details of each unit or relocate it
Each unit will contain the following details:
Unit number
unit type (freezer, regular shelf, etc) and has different colour boarder
company name
contract number
payment terms (fixed amount or percentage)
start date and end date of the rental contract
status colour (empty, rented, about to expire, expired)
as editor can get email notifications for about to-expire or expired united
admin can create multiple locations (hypermarkets) and each has separate users (editors and viewers) and all isolated from other hypermarkets
the system should support two languages (English and Arabic)
under each hypermarket, we can add multiple branches but only admin can be added
Dashboard by hypermarket:
Total units
Total rented – green
Total about to expire – yellow
Total expired – red
Total empty – grey
Total paid amount
Number of units (percentage contract vs fixed amount)
