SEO Optimized Gateway Landing Page

I need a fast-loading, 1–2 page HTML/CSS gateway that can rank for the exact phrases
“fsa hsa (state)”, “flex spending glasses”, “flex spending (brands)”, “NBS hawaii”, and “island flex spending account.”
The page must do two things equally well: capture those searches through tight on-page SEO and then pass visitors along to our partner sites with a detailed, image-rich overview of each partner.

On-page work
• Craft concise, keyword-focused copy and headings that read naturally while signalling relevance to Google.
• Place supporting images, alt text, and internal schema where it helps.
• Build everything in plain HTML/CSS—no WordPress, no builders—so load time stays near-instant.

Off-page push
Once the page is live, I’ll rely on you for the first wave of authoritative backlinks. Quality matters more than volume; I’ll track movement in the SERPs and review every referring domain you secure.

If a more keyword-focused domain (or subdomain) will help, propose options and the rationale before we lock it in.

Deliverables
