4 SECTION STATIC LANDING PAGE DESIGN: THIS COULD BE THE JOB OF YOUR DREAMS!

Job ID: 33414070

Budget: $10 – $150 USD

This is a 2 Part Job. See Part A & B

PART A:

This job is a 4-section static landing page design job. No templates please. I already have a custom layout designed. Not a WordPress job. Landing page is hosted on a UNIX platform.

URL = www.wealth-solutions.net

Skills required:

Front End= HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Backend = Any language that will help you to work with files on a UNIX Server. You must be comfortable uploading and working with files on my hosting companies UNIX platform.

Most importantly, I need someone to code the “No right click” code into the design. I do not want customers to be able to right click anywhere on the website or download anything from the website or copy any URL’s on the website. The website also has two videos that will need to be uploaded to the UNIX hosting server. Videos will play on the website only. Everything else on this website is just hyperlinks that point to another website.

There are only four (4) sections of the landing page. The sections are very simple designs with no real interactive features. Design must be responsive: Mobile-Tablet-Desktop and multiple browser capabilities. Majority of customers will access the website from their Mobile device. There is only one real interactive feature needed on the design. When customers hover their mouse over the play button on a video image, I need words to appear over the play button that let the customer know to click the button to play the video. That’s it!

I have attached a sample page section of the website. This section has the most content. The remaining sections all have 50% less content than the example section I have included here.
I have designed a complete layout of each section. It is not a professional UI/UX design, there is no source code, nor were any design tools used- but it will give you very detailed information where everything needs to go. All content, images, and logos have been included in files for you and uploaded to Google Drive.

PART B:
This Could Be the Job of Your Dreams !

We are a very small marketing company with a staff of 5 people. We are aggressively expanding and advertising Nationwide for work-from-home virtual sales agents. Everyone now wants to work from home. We are offering people a chance to do it. When a Sales Agent joins our network, they will need the exact same website that you are about to design for us.

I am hoping to work with a company that has more than one web designer. In the future. I will need you to clon this website. This can be nice additional income for whoever takes this job. In the next six (6) months, it is possible that I will need someone with the ability to make 500 clons of this website. I know I can guarantee at least 200 clons in the next six months (33 clons per month for the next 6 months) , but our goal is 500 new Sales Agents. That equals 500 clon websites that will be needed.

Whoever takes this current job, I will need to keep you on board to continually clon this website repeatedly . You may need to hire other web designers to keep up with the pace. The only thing you will need to change for each clon is where the hyperlinks point too, the domain name, page logo, contact info, copyright info on the bottom of the page, and then upload the clon website and two videos to each new Sales Agent’s hosting platform. Website colors, design, and content will all stay the same.

Within the next twelve to eighteen (12-18) months, I will need someone that can clon around 800-1000 copies of this website. Please also inform me how much you will charge to do the cloning work per website with your bid. This is important information. When sales agents join our network, I will need to charge them a fee to have you clon this website for them and upload all the files to their hosting companies’ server.

“If You Are a Visionary, You Will Realize That This Job Will Generate Much More (recurring) Income For You In The Long Run”!

FYI: Clon is misspelled purposely
