Restyle a little website

Hi freelancers,
I have a website that has to be refactored. Currently it is a little website (4 pages) built with Next.js and Netlify CMS. It should be converted into a single page website with an hero image that stuck to the top of the website but scroll away when user scroll to another "topic".

The size of this website is also pretty much similar to what should it be.
