Restaurant pre booking and ordering website

The website aims to establish a channel between customers and restaurants. The general idea is for customers to be able to reserve table and order food items before they reach restaurant. Along with this one more feature we want to implement is such that if a user is travelling from point A to destination B and wants to eat along the way.. he can input his destination and the website will show him available partner restaurants along the way. Since it is a pre ordering platform user will be able to cancel the order before 30 mins of booked time. If there is less than 30 mins remaining user will not get a refund. Sign up and log in processes are only through mobile number and otp to avoid spam orders. Since it is ordering site general features like signup as user and signup as restaurant owner should be options. Restaurants will have their own panel/dashboard to manage/track orders and manage and edit menu of their respective restaurants. All of this need to be done in django[backend] + postgresql + html/css/js or react.js on frontend. This is for a college project and must be done with the said tech stack only.
