Reparse html code from instagram direct message export

Would like some script or even manual steps instructions I have to perform with find and replace or regex or similar to reparse HTML code generated from instagram when you export your data in particular for direct messages inside the INBOX folder (main export folder/messages/inbox/contactfolder/message_1.html / message_2.html based on how many pages you have.. each page has thousands of messages).
I need to reparse the HTML ro remove some issues deatiled in the attached screenshots (the newest/older order is not so important but the rest is) so that it may look similar to the real time chat or at least much less cluttered and more readable, with the like/hearts just under the messages, without names and repetitions, no repeated data for each message, no names on the messages, just left the contact and right mine.
