Remake PDF template in HTML

I am looking for a freelancer to remake a PDF file in HTML with better design.

I have a PDF (used as an automatically generated report), I want you to remake a similar design (better) in HTML which will then be used as template for automatically generating PDF from it.

Requirements:
- The HTML should be responsive and adaptable to different screen sizes.
- Modern clean looking design
- Ideally use tailwindcss

Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in HTML coding and conversion.
- Knowledge of responsive design and adapting HTML for different screen sizes.
