Project: ERPNext Theme Customization, Invoice Template Redesign & Salary Slip Optimization
Project Description:
We are currently running a fully installed and operational instance of ERPNext portal. All basic configurations and modules are already set up. Now, we are moving to the next phase of enhancement and require expert assistance in the following key areas:
Scope of Work:
1 - Portal Theme Customization
Design and implement a custom theme for the ERPNext portal:
Front-end (customer-facing website/portal)
Back-end (ERPNext Admin Interface / User Dashboard)
The theme should provide a modern, professional, and user-friendly experience.
Must be responsive (desktop, tablet, mobile).
Theme should be easily maintainable and compatible with future ERPNext updates.
2 - Invoice Template Redesign
Customize the default Sales Invoice template:
Add custom Header & Footer (with logo, company details, contact info, etc.).
Optimize item details section (products/services, quantities, prices, totals).
Display totals, taxes (as per UAE VAT / Tax compliance), and payment terms.
Ensure the template looks professional and is suitable for client-facing use.
3 - Salary Slip Optimization
Redesign the Salary Slip template:
Simplify the current format.
Minimize unnecessary information.
Highlight key information (Basic Salary, Allowances, Deductions, Net Pay).
Ensure clean and professional presentation suitable for employee distribution.
4 - Additional Notes:
The ERPNext instance is fully operational and self-hosted.
We are looking for experienced ERPNext developers/designers ONLY — please bid only if you have proven expertise in ERPNext customization.
The expectation is that you will implement the changes, test them and deliver a ready-to-use solution.
5 - Ideal Freelancer Profile:
- Strong experience with ERPNext (Frappe Framework).
- Experience with Jinja templating (for print formats).
- UI/UX & Frontend skills for theme development.
- Understanding of UAE VAT/Tax regulations is a plus.
- Ability to deliver clean, maintainable, and well-documented work.
