Redo a wordpress site

Take a site that is in existance with a custom theme and a number of old plugins, and rebuild on a clean Wordpress installation and reroute traffic. All visual assets are available and looking to make sure it is clean from a plugin basis as well so we dont have to worry about paid plugins or companies not supporting future wordpress upgrades. Need google i tegration with existi g ads accou t and existing analytics account.
