Redesigning Angular Transport Booking site
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
About us
We are a South Africa based on-demand technology-driven delivery platform that helps retailers deliver various goods like furniture and appliances from retail stores to distribution sites or to the homes of customers who bought the goods.
Project goal
We are building a website where customers can book deliveries. We have most of the key components built using Angular 12 (front end) and Express (back end) and are ready to begin beta testing with existing customers. We need to improve the user experience so that it helps the customer and not hinders them as they navigate bookings and viewing orders.
Problem: Redesign the Angular site to help customers create and manage their delivery orders
Skills required: Angular form building and validation, component ordering/composition and styling
Total budget: USD 2,500
Technology stack: Angular 12 app deployed to Google Firebase accessed from the Google Chrome browser, CSS/SCSS, HTML
Key pages to be worked on: (1) Delivery order booking/creation/editor, (2) view of each individual draft/booked order, (3) view of all orders in a list/table, (4) login form, (5) view of each pickup/drop off, (6) list of all pickups/drop-offs.
Timeline: 3 - 4 weeks part-time to launch before the end of March
Part-time vs full-time vs hourly: Hourly or part-time
Remote work: Yes
Team composition: You will be collaborating with our Director of Operations and our Junior Full-Stack Developer (who will help build components as you advise), and report to our CEO.
To help us learn more about your work, please also include at least 3 project examples in your portfolio (links preferrably) that show your Angular knowledge.
Our goal is to build a comprehensive design system in line with our branding and marketing, so we hope you are open to working with us on an ongoing basis beyond this first project. We look forward to learning more about you.
Regards
