Redesign front page with HTML Code

We need someone to redesign ONLY the front page of our website www.newlistaventures.com. Please note the other pages on the website will stay the same. We will be removing the Buy and Sell pages from the website. The front page will be responsive and be able to be seen well on mobile phones, tablets, notebooks, and PCs. Also in addition to providing the design, you will also provide the HTML code. In other words, you will be submitting to us the HTML page with all of the png, or gif files and CSS. It would be great if you can send us a mock design or give us an idea of what the page will look like.
