Rectify email template to display correctly in Microsoft Outlook

I have an email template which we send to subscribers, most of whom use Microsoft Outlook. THe template is fine in most clients but does not behave properly in Outlook (or Internet Explorer 7 which is a similar rendering engine). I need someone experienced in debugging HTML and CSS for Outlook.
