Recreate 3 single-page HTML layouts as editable Word (.docx) + Excel (.xlsx) — DIN 5008

I have 3 single-page HTML documents. I need each one recreated as a native, editable `.docx` AND `.xlsx` that visually matches the HTML — 6 files total. Quality bar: clean, professional DIN 5008 formatting.

The one thing that matters most: the HTML contains `{{...}}` placeholders (e.g. `{{name}}`). Every placeholder must be reproduced exactly as plain text and kept fully intact — Word/Excel must not split, autocorrect, or break a `{{...}}` across formatting. (Tip: paste placeholders as plain text, turn off autocorrect.)

Requirements:
- Match each HTML 1:1 — layout, fonts, spacing, table structure, header/footer — to professional DIN 5008 standard.
- Reproduce everything exactly as shown, including any example/sample row in a table — do not duplicate it.
- `.docx`: native Word (Office Open XML), no macros/VBA.
- `.xlsx`: clean column widths + text wrapping, placeholders in the matching cells.
- The documents contain German text incl. umlauts (ä/ö/ü/ß) — reproduce exactly.

Acceptance: files match the HTML to DIN 5008, every `{{...}}` placeholder is present and unbroken, and each file opens cleanly in Word/Excel and exports to a clean PDF. I'll point out any broken/missing placeholders; revisions until correct. (Suggest 1 milestone per document.)
