Recreate frontend for a website for laravel

We currently have a working website in laravel, but we took the frontend from a theme which we didnt use everything from so we have a lot of unused css and unused js.

the html code itself is a bit ugly so we are considering to recreate the frontend to look the same (but with less dependencies) for performance reasons
