Recreate Map Website
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I want to recreate some of the functionality of this website:

I want the first tab created.
I want a user to add the first address to a textbox.
I want there to be a checkbox that says add venue.
If selected, I want venue dropdown displayed.
then press submit.
Then the second address text should appear.
If the venue option was not selected on the previous step, add the option on the second address step.
When you click submit on the first it takes you to a map results page,

I would like the map results page to behave the same as whatshalfway.com.

I do not want the map results from this map. Instead of the section where "Click here to find a venue..." I would like the results to look like this map result:

I want the points of interest on the map with a list of the points on the right side.
I prefer the javascript/reactjs/nodejs
