Recover my Facebook account

I am unable to access my Facebook account as it appears to have been hacked. I do have access to the phone number that was assigned to the account, however, the hacker has since changed the email address associated with the account. I tried reporting this issue to Facebook, however, my attempts were unsuccessful. I need help recovering my Facebook account.
