Rebuild simple checklist website

I have created a simple checklist app/website using ChatGPT, it kinda works but still has some bugs.
I want someone to rebuild this in a more professional way.
The content of the checklist should be possible to change/adjust, but only for NEW checklist (when you press "New Checklist"). Maybe create new checklist based on the content in a .json? Then I can simply adjust the .json before creating a new checklist.
I have a Heroku account for backend.
I have a simple hosting package on loopia.com for frontend.
Images and checklists should be saved in an amazon bucket I have.
