React Native Web & Mobile App

I'm looking to hire an experienced React Native developer to build both a mobile and web application with a consistent look and feel across platforms.
Key Features Required:
- Integration of Web Sockets
- MySQL integration
I expect you to have proven experience in React Native Development, knowledge of Web Sockets and MySQL. A portfolio with similar projects will be highly valued. Your ability to deliver a seamless user experience across both mobile and web platforms is essential.
Right now we are just looking for the right person with appropriate background, not an actual bid. Here is a description of what we want:
1. We already have a website that is in PHP which is very similar to what we want to develop in Typescript. We want the mobile App to have a very similar look and fee to the website. The application is a basic web front end for a customer database and allows a user to do the following:
a. View and edit records
b. Change setting by entering information or via drop down menu
A log is maintained for all changes made to the database table. Also, in addition to updating records, certain field changes will result in Websocket commands / communication to another web server.
2. This project should mimic the look and feel of the current PHP project which we have and is fully functioning.
