React API Development and Code Optimization

I'm seeking a skilled React developer to enhance my project by implementing a special checkResponse function for server responses, and creating API functions for card management in my json-server.
Key Tasks:
- Develop a checkResponse function to streamline the code checking process for server responses.
- Implement an API function for adding new cards to the database with specific fields: Title, description, image URL, and tags.
- Create an API function for deleting cards from the database.
- Ensure the project doesn't use localStorage, but instead relies on the json-server handling the db.json file.
- Update the DOM solely in the 'then' blocks after successful server responses, to prevent errors from impacting the interface.
Project Structure:
- The Context folder must be outside the components folder as it doesn't contain components.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in React with a solid understanding of its core principles and practices.
- Experienced in creating and managing APIs within React projects.
- Familiar with json-server and its use in project development.
- Able to implement specific validation rules for fields when adding new cards to the database, ensuring all fields are non-empty.
- Knowledgeable about structuring folders and files properly in a React project.
