RPA for Webpage with Captcha

We need an automated process where a robot has to read from a Database that has ID numbers and DOB and with each ID number it has to consult on a website the status of a client, giving the ID number and the birth date. The webpage where the robot has to query is https://simiec.migracion.gob.ec:7445/consultaImpedimentos/ , this website has a Captcha. The robot has to return a column with the result of the query to our back end.
