Property Manager with Buildium Experience

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and experience working with Buildium Property Management software.

The Property Manager will be responsible for interacting with tenants, sending email notices, following up on tasks, and other property management items as needed.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the property management process, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
Use Buildium Property Management software to manage tenant information, rent payments, and maintenance requests.
Interact with tenants via email, phone, and in-person to address concerns and resolve issues.
Send email notices to tenants regarding rent payments, maintenance requests, and other property-related matters.
Follow up on tasks related to property management, including maintenance requests, lease renewals, and tenant move-ins and move-outs.
Work with vendors and contractors to ensure that maintenance and repair work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions and activities.
