Property Ecommerce Website Development

I need a responsive property-focused ecommerce site that makes it effortless for visitors to find a home, check real-time availability and confirm their booking in one smooth flow. The core of the build is a robust online booking system tied to a secure payment gateway such as Stripe. It must display live calendars, block out dates automatically, send email confirmations and keep everything fully synced so double-bookings are impossible.

Design & tech stack
Feel free to recommend the stack you are most comfortable with—WordPress + WooCommerce, Laravel, Shopify or a modern JAMstack approach—so long as it delivers quick load times, mobile-first layouts and an admin area where I can update photos, prices and availability without touching code.

Scope of work and key deliverables
• Fully branded, SEO-ready site with home, property catalogue, individual property pages and contact page
• End-to-end booking workflow (search → select dates → pay → confirmation email)
• Stripe (or similar) payment integration with SSL in place
• Admin dashboard to create, edit or archive property listings, change rates and run basic reports
• Calendar sync (iCal or API) to keep availability accurate across other channels
• Written hand-over notes or brief video walk-through so I can manage content on my own

Nice-to-have, not required for launch: property listings import from CSV and a mortgage calculator. Please build with modularity in mind so we can add these later without a rebuild.

Acceptance criteria
A booking can be completed—including payment—on desktop and mobile in under two minutes, and the system instantly shows the dates as unavailable. Any errors in the flow return clear, user-friendly messages.
